18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice |
With respect to all visual or audio depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, non- sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all models, actors, actresses, members and other persons in such visual or audio depictions represented to this website that they were at least eighteen (18) years of age when said visual or audio depictions were created.
All visual or audio depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the record keeping and notice provisions of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 (the "Act") because: (i) such visual or audio depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct defined as "sexually explicit" under the Act, but are instead depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct; (ii) such visual or audio depictions are otherwise exempt because the visual or audio depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995; and/or (iii) the owners and operators of RacialSwingers.com are not the primary producers (as that term is defined in the Act) of any of the visual or audio content contained within this website. |
